Parking Lot Sealcoating
Prevents water seepage. Asphalt is a very porous surface which allows water to pass through
it causing the subsurface to soften and fail. Sealcoating fills the asphalt pores which prevents water seepage. As
a result, the base remains stable reducing the potential of asphalt failure.
Sunlight causes an asphalt surface to "dry out" and become brittle. Sealcoating will keep the sun from drying
out the asphalt and will retain the vital asphalt binder needed for a longer surface life. In addition, sealcoating
provides a deep black, attractive appearance and will reduce maintenance cost.
Petroleum spills (vehicle oil leaks) soften the asphalt and causes failure. Sealcoating will protect the
asphalt from oil intrusion, which reduces costly asphalt repairs.

Pothole Repair
Potholes are bowl-shaped openings that usually have raveled edges and can be up to 10 inches
deep. They occur when the top layer of the asphalt surface has worn away, exposing the base. Cave-ins (sometimes
called pot holes) are holes that reach past the base of the asphalt. This void can occur when the dirt and gravel
below the base has washed away, causing the upper surfaces to fall though.

Parking Lot Line Striping
ALL WORK IS GUARANTEED. If any markings do not meet the proper standard, we will gladly
re-stripe at no cost. We stand behind every application. Your parking lot is important and your satisfaction is our
goal.

Asphalt Crack Filling
Although asphalt driveways are very durable, the surface can become pitted and cracks can
appear. Once the cracks have formed you've opened the door to more deterioration through water seepage and the
repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
